Job summary

Frame Security is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be our technical secret weapon across the entire customer journey. You’ll partner with Sales on technical evaluations, POVs, and live troubleshooting, then work with Customer Success to ensure maximum value for enterprise customers.

We value rock-solid technical fundamentals, relentless curiosity, and the ability to translate complex tech into clear English.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales/Solutions Engineer, TAM, CSE, or similar).
• Solid IT environment experience (identity management, SSO/SAML, Okta, Entra ID, domain/email infra).
• Grit, curiosity, and ability to troubleshoot live in front of customers.
• Low ego, high energy with bias for action and collaboration.
• Bonus: SaaS cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot live issues, lead technical workshops, and remove roadblocks.
• Design, configure, and support customer POV environments and deployments.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Create reusable docs, playbooks, and insights for scale.
