Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our largest customers and prospects. You will bridge product and customer outcomes, designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's capabilities in real enterprise environments.

You’ll collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact proofs of concept, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize full technical value. This role blends pre- and post-sales work.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion with performance focus.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Ability to create demos, architectures and POCs to prove business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs highlighting Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical choice.
• Provide architecture guidance on observability, telemetry models, and collector design.
• Create reusable demos, reference architectures and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap and priorities.
