Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor to our largest customers, bridging product and customer outcomes. You will design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0's capabilities in real-world enterprise environments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advance customer value.

Note: Internal title would be Solutions Architect. This role blends Pre-Sales and Post-Sales work, with a remote-first setup and offices in New York, Amsterdam,

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion experience.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication, able to explain complex observability concepts to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) showcasing Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations to engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup and OpenTelemetry collector design.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and features.
