Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for our largest customers and prospects. You will bridge product and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's observability capabilities in real-world environments.

This remote-first role partners with Sales and Product to deliver impactful Proofs of Concept, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full technical value of Dash0.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion with performance focus.
• Strong DevOps/SRE practices and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations and POCs.
• Deliver technical demos to engineers and executives and guide architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the cycle to position Dash0 as the tech leader.
• Create reusable demo environments and reference architectures for customer engagements.
