Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to bridge product and customer outcomes, designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's observability capabilities for enterprise environments. This US-based remote role requires business travel and collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

You will design PoCs, deliver technical demos, and guide customers through Dash0's architecture and best practices, supporting a successful sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry and observability pipelines.
• Experience instrumenting telemetry data and optimizing performance.
• Strong communication to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes and cloud-native tech.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and run Proofs of Concept (POCs) to show Dash0 capabilities.
