Job summary

Dash0, a US-based remote-first observability startup, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor to our largest customers. You will design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0's capabilities in real-world enterprise environments, bridging product and customer outcomes.

You’ll partner with sales and product teams to deliver Proofs of Concept, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full value of Dash0.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion experience.
• Strong DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering understanding.
• Excellent communicator to engineers and executives.
• Ability to design demos and POCs showing business value.
• Collaborative across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs to showcase Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations to engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and features.
