Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for our largest customers and prospects. You will bridge product and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's capabilities in real-world enterprise environments.

You’ll partner with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact Proofs of Concept, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full technical value of Dash0.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Ability to create and execute technical demos and POCs that prove business value.
• Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs highlighting Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to position Dash0 as the solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and telemetry modeling.
• Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and priorities.
