Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for our largest customers, bridging product and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's capabilities in real-world enterprise environments. This remote role can be based anywhere in the UK.

You will develop Proofs of Concept, deliver technical demos, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Ability to design and execute demos, architectures and POCs that show business value.
• Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tech.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept to highlight Dash0 capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and data modeling.
• Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Offer technical insights to influence product roadmap and priorities.
