Job summary

Samsara in the United States is seeking a seasoned Strategic Customer Success professional to lead large-scale deployments and ensure long-term value for enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end implementation, coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product, and drive successful adoption of our IoT platform across diverse industries while upholding Samsara’s cultural principles.

This remote role may require up to 10% travel and offers a flexible, employee-led environment with growth

Qualifications

10+ years in a technology consulting or customer-facing implementation role.
Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling quick time to value.
Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
Juggle multiple engagements and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Serve as a mentor to Customer Success and Support teams.
Understand and explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers of all types.
Champion Samsara’s cultural principles in a global scale.
