Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success professional to guide large customers from onboarding to renewal, ensuring adoption and business value from our IoT solutions. You will own deployments for fleet and industrial assets, coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, while building executive-level relationships across multiple use cases.

This remote role requires up to 25% travel within the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving & project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives and day-to-day users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• This position requires travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural values as we scale globally.
