Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success professional to lead onboarding, adoption, and renewal for our largest customers. You will own relationships across executive sponsors and day-to-day users, ensuring successful deployments of our IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior Customer Success or account management role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations.
• Ability to communicate with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines ensuring customers improve safety and efficiency with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment for large-scale customers delivering quick value.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
• Track progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to stakeholders.
• Champion Samsara’s values as we scale globally.
