Job summary

Samsara seeks a Senior Customer Success professional in the United States to own deployment and adoption for our largest customers. You will drive onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal across cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, and Product.

The role is remote with travel up to 25%, requiring strong relationship-building and deep SaaS/enterprise experience to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural values as we scale globally.
