Job summary

Samsara is seeking a senior Customer Success professional in the US to own enterprise deployments and drive long-term value for our largest customers. You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure adoption and health across multi-site accounts.

You’ll partner with executives and day-to-day users, manage complex deployments, and mentor teams while upholding Samsara’s customer-centric principles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS and large-scale deployments.
• Strong problem solving and consultative skills.
• Excellent communication with executives and day-to-day users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track progress, adoption, and health of accounts.
• Run trainings and demonstrations for executives and users.
• Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to customers.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
