Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success professional to guide large-scale customers through deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions. You will own the relationship from onboarding through renewal, collaborating with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product.

This remote role demands strong communication with executives and day-to-day users, travel up to 25%, and a focus on driving value, adoption, and long-term success for customers across industries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives, Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel up to 25% required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and adoption for large enterprise customers.
• Own customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
• Track progress, adoption, and account health.
• Deliver training sessions across multiple use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
