Job summary

Samsara is seeking a seasoned Customer Success leader to join our Enterprise team. You will guide large customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal, ensuring they derive ongoing value from Samsara's IoT platform.

You will partner across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, managing deployments, building trust with executives and users, and championing Samsara's growth mindset and customer-first culture. This remote role may require up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Advises and guides enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal of Samsara's IoT solutions.
• Owns customer relationships across deployment, adoption, and value realization for large-scale customers.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure successful deployments.
• Communicates effectively with executives and day-to-day users; champions Samsara's cultural principles.
• Remote role with travel up to 10% to customer sites; working hours in PT/MT.
