Job summary

Samsara is hiring for a remote Enterprise Customer Success role focused on implementing and scaling our IoT solutions for large customers across various industries. You will own deployments, drive adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in senior CS or related roles, strong executive communication, and a proven track record with complex, technical SaaS deployments. Expect travel up to 10% and PT/MT working hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and high-visibility roles.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong problem solving and consultative skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead deployment and adoption of the Samsara IoT platform for large-scale customers.
• Develop launch plans and roadmaps to drive product usage.
• Monitor progress, adoption, and account health; train users and executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
