Job summary

Samsara is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success professional to lead deployments for large customers and drive successful adoption of our IoT platform across industries. You will partner with Sales, Support, Sales Enablement and Product to ensure value is realized throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

You will work in a remote-friendly environment serving national enterprise accounts, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience and technical product exposure.
• Excellent consultative and executive-level communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers’ operations.
• Manage deployment of Samsara tech to large-scale customers and accelerate time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage and adoption.
• Track progress, engagement, adoption, and health of accounts.
• Run trainings, demonstrate the platform, and help users at all levels.
• Mentor broader Customer Success and Support teams.
