Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant to lead deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions for large-scale customers. This remote US role involves owning the customer relationship and ensuring a successful deployment across diverse industries.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver value, drive user adoption, and ensure successful outcomes for executive and day-to-day users.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
