Samsara is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success professional to join the Implementations team, guiding Enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions. You will own relationships from onboarding to renewal, collaborating with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to ensure value delivery.

The role demands exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving to drive adoption and long-term customer success across industries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence required.
• Excellent consultative and end-to-end implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, deploy, and drive adoption for large-scale customers of Samsara's IoT platform.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure smooth deployments.
• Create launch plans, track progress and account health; mentor teams.
