Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal of our IoT platform. You will own the customer relationship, coordinate across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and ensure value delivery for fleets and industrial assets.

This remote role supports US-based customers (excluding SF Bay, NYC, and DC metros) with travel up to 10% and a focus on executive-level communication, problem solving, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technology consulting or customer-facing technology implementation role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong prioritization, emotional intelligence, and high-visibility communication skills.
• Experience with or supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide strategic customers to adopt Samsara and gain business value.
• Own the customer relationship through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Deploy and drive adoption of Samsara IoT solutions for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
• Lead training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Track implementation progress, adoption metrics, and account health.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
