Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to guide our largest customers from onboarding to renewal. This remote role with 25% travel focuses on deploying and adopting Samsara’s IoT solutions across industries, collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product to drive value and adoption.

You will lead customer relationships, manage deployments, and create launch plans while ensuring high satisfaction and successful time-to-value for complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, Enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Travel up to 25% and ability to manage high-visibility priorities.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Own deployment and ensure quick time to value for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage; track progress and health.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural values as we scale globally.
