Job summary

Ensono in the United States is seeking a results‑driven Client Engagement Director to grow key enterprise accounts, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable business value through strategic sales and delivery excellence.

You will build senior client relationships, shape solutions with consultants, and guide proposals from inception to close while working largely remote. A strong track record in technology services and a passion for mentorship will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership experience with enterprise client relationships.
• Demonstrated consultative sales experience in technology or managed services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Experience supporting clients with multiple lines of business.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, and outsourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and aligning client needs to Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision makers across client organizations; grow revenue and opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for assigned deals; monitor sales trends.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate value clearly to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Serve as a trusted IT advisor and contribute to client planning efforts.
• Challenge assumptions to drive improved results and innovative solutions.
• Support development and mentorship of sales talent through collaboration.
