Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships across an assigned enterprise client portfolio. You will manage senior-level client relationships, leverage cross-functional resources, and ensure excellence across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

In this consultative, solution-focused role, you will align Ensono's capabilities to business value, balance agile sales execution, and lead complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Consultative selling in technology or managed services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting pipelines with accuracy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, and outsourcing.
• Excellent relationship development with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on client needs to Ensono and partner products/services.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers; grow revenue and opportunities across Ensono's portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals; monitor sales trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate information effectively to diverse audiences, translating business and technology value clearly.
• Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to tactical and strategic planning.
