Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships within an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships, coordinate across delivery teams, and ensure successful execution across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

The role requires a consultative approach to align Ensono’s capabilities with client challenges, delivering measurable business value in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership with enterprise client relationships.
• Experience in consultative technology or managed services sales.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork.
• Adaptive and analytical problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships by aligning business needs to Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers to grow revenue across the portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and terms for assigned deals; monitor market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate complex technology value clearly to diverse audiences.
• Act as trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to strategic planning.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
