Job summary

Ensono is hiring a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships within a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level client relationships, leverage cross-functional resources, and ensure strong execution across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

The role requires consultative sales expertise, proven ability to exceed sales goals, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in enterprise environments.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning client needs to Ensono's products and services.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals; monitor sales trends and market dynamics.
