Job summary

Ensono is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships within a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure strong execution across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to identifying client challenges and aligning Ensono’s capabilities to deliver measurable business value, balancing proven sales

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience managing enterprise client relationships.
• Proven consultative sales experience in technology or managed services.
• Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities and supporting multi-line clients.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, outsourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership and alignment of client needs to Ensono products/services.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms; monitor sales trends and inform account planning.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate effectively to diverse internal/external audiences, translating business/tech value.
• Serve as trusted IT advisor; contribute to client tactical/strategic planning.
• Challenge assumptions to drive improved results and innovative solutions.
• Support sales talent development through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
