Job summary

Ensono seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across enterprise accounts. You will manage senior-level client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

The role requires a consultative, solution-oriented approach and agility in a dynamic market. Remote work is supported with preference for Chicago-area assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client relationships in a technology/services context.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex deals.
• Skilled in forecasting pipelines and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence decision makers.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, and outsourcing.
• Excellent communication with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and client engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships by offering thought leadership.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms; monitor sales trends.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams.
• Communicate value clearly to diverse audiences.
• Act as trusted IT advisor, contributing to planning.
• Challenge existing approaches to drive improvements.
• Mentor and share knowledge to develop sales talent.
