Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, manage senior client relationships, and deliver measurable value across an enterprise portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align our capabilities with client needs and oversee the sales and delivery lifecycle.

The role demands proven leadership in technology sales, the ability to influence executives, and a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership accountable for enterprise client relationships.
• Experience in consultative sales, preferably tech/managed services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, outsourcing.
• Strong relationship development with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to consult with executives on technology solutions from a business perspective.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive client relationships through thought leadership and alignment of client needs to Ensono's offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to grow revenue across the end-to-end portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms; monitor sales trends.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate information effectively to diverse audiences and translate value.
• Serve as trusted IT advisor and contribute to planning efforts.
• Challenge assumptions to drive improved results and innovation.
• Support sales talent development through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
