Job summary

Ensono seeks a results-driven Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships within enterprise client portfolios. You will manage senior-level relationships, leverage cross-functional resources, and ensure strong execution across sales and delivery lifecycles.

The role requires consultative sales skills and ability to align Ensono capabilities to deliver measurable business value in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience managing enterprise client relationships.
• Demonstrable experience in consultative sales in technology or managed services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, and outsourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship development with senior business/IT stakeholders.
• Ability to consult with executives on technology solutions and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership and guidance on aligning needs to Ensono’s products and services.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers; grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals; monitor sales trends.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate information to diverse internal and external audiences clearly.
• Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to strategic planning.
• Challenge assumptions to drive better results and innovative solutions.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
