Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and client satisfaction within a portfolio of enterprise clients. This role requires senior-level relationships, consultative sales, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value.

Based in the United States with remote options, you will lead proposals, negotiate terms, and partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership with enterprise client responsibility.
• Consultative sales experience in technology or managed services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing sales pipelines with accurate forecasting.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, outsourcing.
• Strong relationship development and networking skills.
• Ability to consult with client executives on technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.
