Job summary

HR Cloud is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a hunter DNA to independently build and close mid-market and enterprise deals from outbound prospecting. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation, with HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.

Remote US role with full benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities. You will collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine outbound messaging and achieve quota.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outbound-focused SaaS sales generating own opportunities.
• Ability to build and manage a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Comfort speaking with HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and develop leads through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
• Create targeted outbound campaigns for named accounts or territory.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos showing ROI.
• Lead contract negotiations with HR and executive teams.
• Manage full sales cycle from first outreach to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet quotas.
