Job summary

HR Cloud is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to generate own pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise deals. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, selling HR/payroll solutions, and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

You will engage HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders, craft tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts. A strong hunter mindset and quota attainment are essential for success in a fast-moving remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quota-carrying SaaS sales.
• Experience selling HR/payroll or workforce solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate self-sourced pipeline.
• Comfort contacting HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Develop targeted outbound campaigns and account plans.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos showing ROI.
• Build business cases and negotiate contracts with executives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and hit quota month over month.
