Zendesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business with AI-powered CX solutions. The role emphasizes disciplined prospecting, executive selling, and developing evidence-based value cases to close complex deals.

The Hunter AE will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage a robust pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM data while navigating a fully flexible remote environment across multiple US states and Canada.

Formación

• 8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Demonstrated capability in value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership.
• Evidence of prospecting discipline and quota attainment or growth results.
• Executive engagement and complex deal judgment.
• Ability to discuss AI, automation, service operations and platform value credibly.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a qualified net-new pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
• Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process: discovery, qualification, value mapping, negotiation, and close.
• Translate customer priorities into Zendesk platform and AI value proposition.
• Build executive and multi-threaded alignment across stakeholders.
• Own commercial strategy, deal progression and negotiation within guardrails.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and partners to improve win probability.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline health and forecast discipline.
• Document goals, stakeholders and success conditions for a clean handoff.
