MyComputerCareer (MyCC) is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program. You will guide prospective students from initial consultation to onboarding, using consultative selling to drive enrollments.

The role emphasizes performance, empathy, and accountability in a remote setting across a national candidate pool. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED (AA/BA preferred) and 2+ years of sales success, with CRM/Salesforce experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to manage high daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outbound activity and outreach.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Navigate the enrollment funnel from consult to onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations.
• Support student retention and start readiness across teams.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform miscellaneous duties.
