MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to guide prospective students from initial consultation to onboarding. This remote role serves a diverse student population across the United States, driving pipeline growth and enrollments with high-energy, consultative sales.

The position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills, plus a track record of meeting targets in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• High-daily-activity routines and pipeline velocity experience.
• CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs.
• Demonstrate resilience and purpose-driven grit under pressure.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations.
• Partner across teams to support retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform additional duties.
