Job summary

MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program. You will bridge military service and civilian IT careers, guiding prospective students through consultations, funding, and onboarding.

You’ll leverage consultative sales skills to drive enrollments while upholding integrity and student success. In this remote role, you will manage high-volume outreach, meet enrollment targets, and collaborate across teams to ensure students are prepared for start dates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional degree preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with CRM platforms and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by presenting the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and optimize conversion velocity.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver compelling, camera-on consultations to build trust.
