MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel for Cyber Warrior programs. You will conduct consultative sessions, present program value, and coordinate with financial documentation and onboarding teams.

This remote role supports candidates nationwide, with a dynamic, performance-driven environment and comprehensive benefits. A proven track record in sales and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments with proven results.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, video tools, and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and daily activity to progress candidates.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit, optimism, and resilience in objections handling.
• Navigate enrollment milestones from consultation to onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video and in-person consultations to build trust.
• Support retention and starter readiness across teams.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
