MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program. This remote role drives prospective student engagement, guides applicants through the enrollment funnel, and converts interest into starts. You’ll use consultative sales skills, empathy, and accountability to help military to civilian IT transitions succeed.

The position emphasizes high activity, performance targets, and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and strong retention outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, quotas, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate resilience and purpose-driven, confident selling.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver engaging consultations and support student starts.
