MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior program. This remote, full-time sales role focuses on guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel, from initial consultation to onboarding.

You will drive pipeline growth, maintain high-volume outreach, and strive to exceed enrollment targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in target-driven sales, strong consultative skills, and comfort with CRM systems and video tools.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Ability to handle high daily activity and manage pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of technical skills training and delivering compelling, consultative presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach with rigorous daily activity to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed performance and conversion quotas by meeting enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate purpose-driven sales grit with energy and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Navigate the enrollment funnel through consultations, financial documentation, and onboarding.
