Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Proven track record of high-daily-activity routines and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPI benchmarks in a fast-paced setting.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and compliance requirements.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust.
