MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel, from initial consult to onboarding, leveraging consultative sales skills and empathy to turn aspirations into enrolled starts.

This remote, performance-driven role requires daily outreach, targets, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support student readiness and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional degrees preferred.
• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience.
• High daily activity, strong pipeline velocity and organization.
• Proficiency with CRM, video tools, and sales dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Collaborate across teams on retention initiatives and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform miscellaneous duties.
