Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT training and cybersecurity certifications. The role emphasizes consultative selling, high activity, and closing enrollments in a remote, nationwide framework.

You will manage the full enrollment funnel—from initial consultation through funding documentation and onboarding—while delivering engaging, professional video consultations and maintaining high motivation to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales success in target-driven environments.
• Experience with high-volume activity, pipeline velocity, and CRM usage.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze conversion metrics.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills for candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and daily activity standards.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and optimize funnel conversion KPIs.
• Maintain energy and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, funding, and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video consultations and build trust with applicants.
• Support retention initiatives to ensure starts and motivation.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties.
