Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers, with a strong focus on cybersecurity training and certification programs. You will drive pipeline growth, engage prospects, and guide them through enrollment and onboarding in a remote, target-driven environment.

The role requires high-volume outreach, consultative selling, and CRM proficiency to meet enrollment targets across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and enrollments.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and daily activity.
• Meet and exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs.
• Navigate the enrollment funnel from consultation to onboarding.
• Host engaging in-person or camera-on consultations.
• Support student retention and starts with cross-team collaboration.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and duties.
