You will guide candidates through the enrollment funnel—from consultation to financial documentation and onboarding—closing enrollments with confidence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity routines and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver video consultations that build trust and uncover motivators.
• Support retention initiatives to ensure starts and ongoing engagement.
