MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students start a career in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity training. This remote role requires engaging candidates, delivering compelling presentations, guiding them through the enrollment funnel, and coordinating with teams to ensure a smooth onboarding.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to funding documentation, maintaining high energy, resilience, and accountability to hit ambitious enrollment

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Track record of high daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach with aggressive daily activity.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPI targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust and motivate starts.
