MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers, with emphasis on cybersecurity programs. This remote role serves candidates nationwide, guiding them from initial consultation to onboarding while meeting ambitious enrollment targets.

You will conduct confident, consultative conversations, manage funding documentation, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful starts. Strong sales drive and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience in direct or outbound B2B/B2C.
• High-volume activity discipline and strong pipeline management.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPI targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Guide candidates through consultation, financing, and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person or camera-on consultations to build trust.
• Support student retention and starts through cross-team collaboration.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and perform other duties as needed.
