MyComputerCareer Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training and certifications.

This remote role requires high-energy, goal-driven sales skills and the ability to manage the enrollment funnel from consultation to onboarding. You will conduct engaging consultations, drive pipeline growth, and collaborate with teams to support student retention and starts.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as listed: high school diploma or GED; 2+ years sales success in target-driven environments.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze personal conversion metrics.
• Excellent presentation, listening skills, and the ability to guide prospects through enrollment stages.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Host engaging video consultations; build trust and motivate starts.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: readiness, funding, onboarding.
• Partner with teams to support retention and starts.
