Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and video presentation tools; able to analyze personal conversion metrics to optimize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including financial documentation and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust.
• Champion student retention and starts in collaboration with teams.
