MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. This high-energy, performance-driven sales role requires guiding candidates through the enrollment funnel—from consultation to onboarding—and closing enrollments while meeting ambitious targets.

The position offers remote-friendly arrangements for eligible states and a competitive compensation package of $55-70K annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to convert aspirations into enrolled starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and closing prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Navigate the enrollment funnel through milestones including readiness assessments and financial documentation.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and reveal motivators.
• Champion student retention and starts through cross-team collaboration.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
