Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects in a remote United States environment. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, drive delivery leadership, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor other project managers to improve delivery maturity.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering software-based outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years managing software implementation or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reporting, and governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Coordinate with clients and technical teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and resources.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums for decision-making and alignment.
